Sometimes referred to as Rock Maple or Sugar Maple, hard Maple is a wonderful hardwood with many different uses. Commonly used for a variety of projects where is strength and hardness are best utilized like the crafting of a high quality woodworking bench! It's hardness allows the surface to be prepped to an almost polish level before any finish is applied.
